jenny tull
art doesn’t need repetitions or perfection. imperfect “instant”s can be considered as art, as long as they contain emotional intensity. trying to recreate the same emotions through repetition decays their essence and turn into routines of boredom for both the producer and perceiver. only those emotions, that are captured during the state of the very first excitement can be considered as the representative samples for the instants of emotions.
in this context, “jenny tull” was formed without any preparations in ankara during the fall of 2008. the group ignores song traffic, lyrics and instrumentations. from kitchen gadgets to children toys anything that produces a sound can be used as a medium for emotions. the group, can be considered as a formation rather than a band, and recorded 3 demos named "jenny tull stinks", "jenny tull goes threesome", and "jenny tull likes it long".
